Ok, there is a few reasons you are visiting my site... you recieved and email and were asked to view, you saw one of my hundreds of flyers/posters and were curious, or you just stumbled upon it! Well, WELCOME!!! HEre's the scoop on me...
My name is Yvonne LeBrun, I am 22 years old and live in the North Shore Area of Boston, Ma. I am married to a great guy, Jeff. He's my sunshine! We have been married for six months and it really has been great.
I was driving to work one day and I heard an commercial for the Avon 3 Day. I thought to myself, wow, that's really cool - I couldn't do that though. For some reason the I kept thinking about it. Why couldn't I do it? I'm young, fairly fit, healthy... what the heck! I started looking in to it. I went to the website www.bethepeople.com and researched the cause. I didn't think I would ever become so intrigued by a cause. The more I learned about this disease the more I want to let others know about it, and the more I wanted to help! I had my first epiphany! I immediatly joined the Boston Avon 3 Day. Ever since I have been trying to raise the money to actually participate in the walk.
Raising the money is trying, this year so much has happened to our country, businesses are suffering and people are getting laid off... but that doesn't stop their kindness!
